This was a decent book on services marketing, particularly in its examples of the ways marketing services differ from those of marketing products. Yet, it got bogged down at times with definitions that were unfamiliar to my professor. Prepare for sticker shock -- my university charged more than $300 for a hardcover purchase and $100 for an e-book rental. Fortunately, I was able to order a gently used hard copy through a reseller for one-tenth the cost.
