      Przerost formy nad treścią. Temat bardzo ciekawy - sięgnąłem po Ekwatoria, bo chciałem dowiedzieć się czegoś od DeBrazzy i jego wpływie na środkową Afrykę. Niestety - to książka nie tylko o deBrazzy, ale o tematach które są z nim połączone zarówno ściśle (jego rodzina, Stanley, Tippu Tip, Joseph Conrad, kwestia budowy grobowca w Brazzaville) jaki i bardzo luźno (Albert Schweitzer, wojna domowa w Angoli, zamach stanu na Wyspach Tomasza i Książęcej, komuniści na Zanzibar [...]
