      The subject of constitutional law is very interesting, and this book thoroughly explored such fascinating topics as the origins of judicial review, equal protection, free speech and the exceptions thereto, and establishment versus free exercise of religion. My only complaint was with the editing: at least in the third edition of the book, there were many redundant paragraphs in which the authors talk about a point of law or case that they discussed several pages prior; also, for several hundred [...]

      I know it's silly to rate a textbook "five stars" but for those law students out there struggling to muddle their way through Constitutional Law courses, the concise hornbook is a phenomenal tool for understanding what the textbooks and professors obfuscate.
