Kelsee Lewis is a new student at Bonne Arts Magnet High School, a school for kids with great talent. Kelsee is the newest member of their Creative Writing program – a program with only 2 students, including her best friend who considers Kelsee her greatest competition. Things aren’t going so smashing at home either, with a mom who’s completely self-centered and yet insists on criticizing Kelsee’s choices, and a dad who spends more time on conference calls and away on business trips than [...]

If you could change the past, would you?Sophomore Kelsee Lewis has been accepted to Dallas’s premiere art school, Bonne. A talented playwright, she suddenly finds the herculean task of saving the fledging creative writing program, the one to which she has just been admitted, thrust upon her shoulders. And she only has a week to do it. In addition she’s dealing with an emotionally-distant mother, a relationship with a bestie that seems to be dissolving, a crush on the cutest guy in school who [...]

Who wouldn't want to rewind time? I know I would, but as Kelsee learns using her powers has consequences. There is much to love about this fast fun YA read. Kelsee is pretty much your average teenager. She has a crush on a cute guy but is scared to do anything about it. She has family troubles. She has a unique BFF.She doesn't discover that she's able to manipulate time until midway through the story. The super power if you want to call it that, is more a secodary thing. The imporant things are t [...]

thegreatthegoodandthebadsWhen I read the synopsis for this I was interestingly intrigued, and although the story did take quite a while to get started, towards the end of Replay I just couldn’t put it down until I found out what had happened. Something that I really liked about this novel was in the incorporation of chapter titles that matched the main characters ambitions to be a playwright. Which to some extent Kelsee already was, as a large part of the story revolved around the play - 'Pred [...]

My thoughts:I was hooked at the prologue (Welcome to the Show is the header for it). I was completely intrigued from the go. Delay of show due to an entire audience vanishing - I had to turn the page and find out what in the world was going on!This is the first time I have read a fiction story in play format. I am sure there are more out there, but it is totally new for me. I liked it. I like how you are set up at the start of each chapter (scene) with the characters and the setting for that pie [...]

First I want to say that this books is an original, of all the books I've read this one really stands out story wise and character wise. I like the characters as well as the story telling. Reading this book is really fun it is enjoyable through out the whole read. I somehow found myself giggling with some of the lines. Another thing I also like is the very unique chapter titles.Replay is a story of Kelsee Lewis who has a new school, a prima donna best friend, and one week to write a hit play. Th [...]

I downloaded this book from last year as it was free for a day and i really like young adult books with a bit of time travel thrown in.This book is about Kelsee who attends a school and is involved in a writing programme. Along with the stresses of writing a play for the end of school production she has to deal with her parents divorce and new partners. She starts to have what she thinks are panic attacks but they soon turn out to be more strange and that she can stop time with this.I did like [...]

I love witty dialogue and this book has it in spades. The dialogue is witty and natural, the plot/storyline is original, the characters are likeable. There is nothing not to like about this book. The author's originality shines from the very first page when you see that it is written sort of like a play script. It adds a certain flair to this book that you don't usually see. Overall, I recommend this book to anyone. It's a nice break from the usual paranormal fare of vampires/werewolves. I look [...]

Very enjoyable coming of age kind of story including coming of special abilities. The time travel element worked for me and kept me interested to the end. I look forward to book two to see how the characters progress.I also liked the introduction to play writing and theatre production. Got to see aspects all around that are involved in a school play. The style and format of the book helped with the ambiance. Instead of chapter headings, acts and scenes prefaced the chapters which created a sense [...]

A decent read, though I probably wouldn't read it again. I didn't really become attached to the main character, and while the idea of chronokinesis is fascinating, I can't help but feel that the way it's portrayed here is a bit clunky. I'm probably just too far out of the age range for the target audience is all.

I liked how this book ends up being about people with superhero powers.etely not what I was expecting when I first started reading itI recommend for those who woudl like a quick read and are superhero dorks like me :-D

I really enjoyed this book. An usual and interesting idea for a novel. The author did a great job dealing with the time-warp issue. (I don't want to give anything away) The ending was great, and I would read more if this became a series!

This book was fun. I enjoyed it and really liked Kelsee and seeing things from her perspective. Definitely on the recommend list.

THIS BOOK WAS A VERY GOOD READ. THE PLAY THEME WAS NEW AND THE THE IDEA FOR THE MAIN CHARACTER WAS FRESH. I WANT MORE OF THESE WHAT OTHER KIDS CAN COME TO THE SCHOOL THAT HAVE ABILITIES? LOVED IT!

Kelsee won my heart. She's so real with totally delightful humor! It's a thoroughly entertaining story that's difficult to put down.

Original idea - could have used a little more excitement Will definitely read more from this author
