There is a lot to like about this offering from Lilly. The protagonists are plucky and likeable. The premise is a good one. The double meaning of "Haze" works perfectly well. The author's mastery of prose is also clearly developing. The novel is very good and enjoyable but not perfect which is why I am not giving it a 5.
