Wait! I thought Damian was ???Well, it's DC maybe this means ???Maybe it's taking place in a "possible" ???It could be a ???OK, those are the questions that abound about Damian without spoiling anything for anyone who hasn't heard. This is a beautifully drawn comic. Stunningly beautiful. I just wish the writing were up to par with the art work. Damian: Son of Batman #1 marks the start of another book in DC's long list of Batman Comics, which -- though filled with beautiful art -- ultimately adds [...]

You can read the full review over at my blog:sonsofcorax.wordpress/2013Over the years, Batman has had several sidekicks, three of them being Robins, and a Batgirl. At least, that’s what I knew until I began reading the New 52 branded comics. And suddenly, as I started to read more comics and read the wiki-lore, I understood that Batman even had a son, and that there have been two more Batgirls and even a Robin in the far future when Bruce is all old and retired. The one thing that really stuck [...]

A rough ride, this comic starts with the death of Batman and follows the story of Damian (then: Robin) as he searches for the murderer and a path forward. Damian seems to have been born by parents from both the "good" and "bad" sides of the equation, though his heritage was a bit mysterious to me. Quite a few villains are mentioned, though mostly for a short time, and the story revolves mostly around doppelgangers or copycats. I found it hard to follow (though admittedly I haven't followed these [...]

ok so now i m rating the comics i read , it's gonna be tedious but heck i won't Review every comics i read , that would make it even more tiresome , anyways this was a fun bit , still don't understand why i don't like Damian Wayne i just Dont but still have picked this one and it seems ok for now

Wow. An alternate story line it appears, with Damian taking the reins. The art is absolutely gorgeous. The physical print copies are on high quality paper with some tooth so the colors come our amazing. The story starts with character dead on.

A good start with a distinct twist to the plot. Batman's relation with Talia is a flavourful concept that could reap great results.

Gave it an extra star for astounding art. I really wish the writing were as good though. Not a disappointment but certainly not the best it could've been.
