An enjoyable nice historical story that was a good read and gives the reader understanding into the Montana Mail Order Bride series. I read this one after I read the Montana Mail Order Brides #1-#4. It showed the horrible way that people were treated that had bad luck and how the high society would snub them. I enjoyed the book however I wish I had read it before the Montana Mail Order Bride series. I recommend it for anyone that likes historical books and enjoys series.

This was a clean historical romance. It was a fairly quick and enjoyable read. I really loved this book about Grace and Garrett. They had some twists and turns on their romantic journey. Enough to derail them a few times. Will they be able to get past everything and be together forever? Read this book to find out!

This was a short novella. There were some editing errors in the book, but the storyline was good. Simple romance with a "misunderstood" theme. Easy reading, nothing earth shattering. It is a prequel to a mail order bride series and I have downloaded book one. I give it three stars. I liked it. No swearing, violence, or sexual content. I can recommend for ages 14 and up.

Nice story, with people I believe were true to the time period they lived in and the circumstances they were under. (There were some missing words and some misspelled ones.)
