This book has so many great recipes for those non meat lovers and there are even some that normal people would eat as well. I didn't think that I would like any of the recipes inside or any of the ideas but I do. This book is really great and extremely helpful! My family and I have been wanting to slowly transition our diets to be more vegetarian and include more vegetables, but we weren't exactly sure what to start. Nice selection of recipes but the content about how a vegetarian diet helps lose weight and how to switch to a veg diet are a little too simplistic. It is written as though the audience is about 12, maybe that is the intended audience but I surely at 12 had no control over my diet.
