This is a really promising start! I hope they're following in the footsteps of the Netflix show and making this more about what a bombass fighter she is and less about "look how good she looks bent over in this impractical outfit". There's one obligatory ass shot but the rest of this is really great! I love the art, the plot is interesting and I'm always a sucker for women taking down hoards of bad guys. Can't wait for the next one!

Not the strongest first issue, but it's still pretty great.

Elizabeth Torque's cover is absolutely gorgeous.Juann Cabal's art is similar to Jamie McKelvie's, so if you like one, it's safe to say you'll like the other. I really like the simple, clean look to the lines and how good characters look. Fabela and Menyz rock the colours.I don't know much about Elektra. I've never read her in anything and I never got into the Daredevil comics (or the show) despite trying. I don't know what's haunting her, what she's trying to leave behind by being in Vegas. What [...]

Okay I know we all love to praise Wonder Woman, but ELEKTRA is a badass superhero! She's kind of like an anti-superhero actuallyke a villain with redeemable qualities, or as far as I can tell in this issue.I love her personality, she deserves more recognition!

I read #1-4 and it wasn't really anything special. The story is a simple let's-beat-up-some-bad-guys with no emotional value, there's barely any dialogue or basis on characters, and the art isn't great to look at either. It's not that bad with unrealistic ass shots and the like, pretty decent on that front, but that's not enough for me to be happy

Not bad. I'm not going to rush out for the next one but I'll probably read it eventually.

This was okay, I was expecting more. I do like the idea of her hunting down the abusive boyfriend. The arcade stuff, I'm not so wild about.

To be honest, I knew almost nothing about Elektra before reading this comic. I knew that she dated Daredevil, but that was it. This first issue does assume you have some background knowledge of Daredevil, but I was able to put enough together to enjoy the story. For an introduction to the character, I wish there had been more development. I liked Elektra, but I didn't feel like I got to know her at all. Why is she in this casino? What are her motivations? Who is the villain? What is the point of [...]
