      This is an excellent book. So well written and clear. I have learned a lot from it and will be doing the exercises regularly to help fend off Osteoarthritis

      I'd been having problems climbing up all those stairs that appear everywhere in London. I started on the first exercise of the 30 minutes daily exercises set out in the book. And you know what? After trying the first exercise, I felt at ease climbing the stairs at my local train station. I hope it keeps up if I keep up with the exercises. Very impressed by her book which has also make me marvel at the beauty and complexity of our skeletal frame. It's a lot to take in but worth the effort.
